All your individual terms and payment deadlines at the time of the switch are fully transferred 1:1. Your current payment deadline is transparently visible in the portal at any time.
All ongoing orders continue to be processed and completed as usual in the existing system. The old portal remains accessible until the cutoff date — including your complete order history and all invoices.
Multiple orders within a short period are automatically bundled into one delivery. That way you only pay freight costs once per truck instead of per individual order.
Every article is visually inspected by our warehouse team and assigned to one of 7 clearly defined grades: N (New), A (Like New), B (Very Good), C (Good), T (Transport Damage), D (Heavily Used), U (Unchecked). That way you know exactly what you receive before each order.
