What dealers should know before their first purchase

As a B2B wholesaler for returned and surplus goods, elvinci supplies commercial dealers throughout Europe. Our range includes white goods, small electrical appliances as well as multimedia and consumer electronics. Every item goes through our standardised grading system with 7 condition grades, which is based exclusively on a visual inspection. This gives you a reliable basis for your purchasing decisions and price calculations.

Below we answer the most frequently asked questions about registration as a business customer, the buying process, EU-wide delivery by freight and other topics relevant to your purchasing at elvinci.

elvinci sells exclusively to business customers (B2B). Companies, dealers and commercial operators can register. A valid EU VAT ID enables fast, automatic approval. Without an EU VAT ID, a trade licence is required for manual review. Private individuals are excluded from purchasing.

Registration is done via an application form on our website. After submitting your details, we verify your information. With a valid EU VAT ID, you will usually receive access to our B2B shop within minutes.

For registration we require: company name, contact person and email address, and country. A valid EU VAT ID enables fast, automatic approval — no additional documents are needed in this case. Without an EU VAT ID, a trade licence (PDF or image) is additionally required for manual review.

Every item is visually inspected and assigned to a clearly defined condition level (grade). The grading describes exclusively the visual condition and provides a reliable basis for your purchasing and price calculations. Further details can be found on our grading system page.

No. At elvinci, no technical functional testing is carried out. The assessment is based exclusively on a visible, visual inspection. Our principle: What you see is what you get.

The better the visual condition, the higher the price and the lower the calculated risk. This allows you to realistically assess before purchasing which target markets the goods are suitable for.

All items are assessed using a standardised inspection checklist, regardless of who carries out the inspection. A grade at elvinci always has the same meaning.

Returns and surplus goods from electronics and household appliances: white goods, small electrical appliances as well as multimedia and consumer electronics. The range changes regularly; current items can be viewed after login in the B2B shop.

After registration and activation, you select your goods in the B2B shop, choose the grade and complete the order directly online. Regular customers can also accept personalised offers in the customer portal. More details on our buying process page.

The minimum order quantity is 10 products. Pallet purchases are exempt from this. For larger order quantities, we create individual offers on request.

Regular customers receive individually compiled product offers by email and in the customer portal, where you can review, adjust and accept them directly online.

After completion, changes are generally no longer possible. However, multiple orders within a short period can be combined into a single shipment.

New customers pay by prepayment (Stripe). Regular customers can additionally purchase on invoice.

In the customer portal you have access to all invoices at any time after logging in.

Yes. elvinci delivers throughout Europe by freight. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. More details on our shipping page.

Goods are securely palletised and prepared for commercial onward transport. Depending on the order volume, this consists of one or more pallets.

Costs depend on the delivery area, number of pallets, order volume and optional additional services. The final price is shown at checkout.

Yes. Self-collection at the Nuremberg warehouse location is possible, exclusively by prior appointment.

Orders within approximately 7 days are usually bundled. Freight costs are only charged once per truck. You can see the fill level in the customer portal.

Optionally available: tail lift (+€100), preferred delivery date and express shipping (+€200). Transport insurance is automatically included with every shipment.
