Transparent quality through
standardised grading
7 clearly defined condition grades from new goods to spare parts. So you know exactly what you are getting before every purchase.
How our grading simplifies your purchasing
In the returns industry, the actual condition of returned goods is often hard to predict. If goods arrive in worse condition than expected, margins suffer and reliable calculations become difficult. This is exactly where our grading helps.
Our warehouse team classifies every item using a clear, standardised inspection catalogue — purely visual. We do not carry out technical function tests. This gives every appliance a clear grade that transparently describes its visual condition.
For you as a dealer, this means: Thanks to our condition assessment for returned goods, you can select specifically by condition and receive exactly what you expect. This significantly reduces your purchasing risk and makes your margin calculations more predictable.
Our grading makes every
purchase predictable.
7 standardised grades describe the visual condition of every appliance. No room for interpretation, no ambiguity.
What you order is what you get. Every item is visually inspected and assigned to the appropriate grade before it goes on sale.
Grade-based pricing enables precise margin calculations. You know exactly what to expect before every purchase.
You choose the grade.
We deliver exactly that.
