As a professional B2B partner for returns and surplus goods, we value clear processes. Every product goes through our standardised condition grading with 7 clearly defined grades, so you receive exactly the quality you order.
Whether large appliances, small appliances or multimedia: you choose category, condition and quantity yourself and order directly online in our B2B shop. Two purchasing paths are available: direct purchase in the shop or personalised offers for regular customers.
Purchasing at elvinci is exclusively available to business customers (B2B). New customers register via our application form and submit proof of business registration and a valid VAT ID.

After logging in, you get access to our B2B shop with the complete range of classified returned goods.
Select the right grade for your business model: from Grade N (New) to Grade U (Unchecked).
All Grades in Detail
Add your selection to the cart and complete your order directly online. The minimum order quantity is 10 products. For larger quantities, we can create individual offers on request.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed transparently at checkout. Alternatively, self-collection in Nuremberg is possible by prior arrangement.

As an elvinci regular customer, you receive personalised product offers by email on a regular basis, including an offer PDF and a direct link to your customer portal. Via the link, you go directly to your customer portal, where you can view the offer in full and process it further.
In the customer portal, you can review the offer in detail and configure it to your needs:
- Adjust quantities and items
- Add or remove individual articles
- Select your preferred shipping method (freight or self-collection)
Once the offer suits you, confirm it directly digitally in the customer portal. With your signature, you accept the offer bindingly and initiate the order process.

Would you like to see the goods on site? You are welcome to personally inspect our returned goods and see the quality of our condition grades for yourself. Our experienced sales team will advise you on selecting the right goods for your range.
For a warehouse visit, we kindly ask you to arrange an appointment in advance, so we can take sufficient time for you.
